DH-3027R耐水度試驗(yàn)機(jī) WATERPROOFING TESTER
產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明：
本機(jī)通用于裁維、合成皮、皮革、包裝紙等，以下列方法測(cè)試（三次這平均值，至少小數(shù)點(diǎn)**位）其耐水度或漏水度。
(1)水壓法：以1cm/sec之速度上升水位，待試片表面有三處透水時(shí)，立即記錄其水位（cm）
(2)一定水壓法：以1cm/sec之速度上升水位到一定的高度停止，待試片表面有三處透水時(shí)，立即記錄其時(shí)間（sec）。
(3)漏水量法：將水位升至一定位置（10cm）時(shí)，立即停止上升水位，測(cè)其一定時(shí)間內(nèi)所漏之水量（ml）。
Its used to water-proof or leakage of fiber ,synthetic leather, leather, wrapped paper, etym. The test ways are(i.e. get the average value of three operations. calculated to the first decimal)
①Water pressure: Raise water position at speed of 1cm/sec.then record the actual water posit on when three locations of surface of specimen get water penetration.
②Fixed water pressure: Raise water position at certain height at speed of 1cm/sec. Then pause, immediately record the seconds when three locations of surface of specimen get water-penetration.
③Leakage measurement: Raise water position to fixed distance (10cm).immediately stop raising the water to measure the water volume (ml) leaked during certain time.
